Privacy for young people

Young people need to be able to ask for help without fear of who will find out.

Before a threat is confirmed — guidance, call-backs and phone consults — a young person under 18 can talk to us anonymously. We don't tell their parents or support people.

If a threat is confirmed, we will inform the support people on the membership so they can help keep the member safe.

We will always act on immediate danger and follow child-safeguarding and reporting laws where we must.

Membership

One membership covers a member and up to 3 support people.
